"ONCROWD - Facciamo luce sul Crowdfunding" is the service of the Torino Chamber of Commerce for guidance and training on the theme of crowdfunding and support for the implementation of fundraising campaigns through internet platforms.
The project was created with the aim of helping aspiring entrepreneurs and local businesses, especially smaller ones, to find, through alternative channels to banking, the financial resources they need to give shape and substance to their most innovative business projects.
ONCROWD is promoted by the New Enterprises Sector and the Torino Finance Committee of the Torino Chamber of Commerce, with the collaboration of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts (ODCEC) of Turin and the technical and scientific support of the Department of Law of the University of Turin.
The training activity will see the involvement of professors, but also entrepreneurs and managers who have personally faced similar experiences developing techniques to manage the process, as well as crowdfunding platforms and operators in the sector who will offer advice and qualified points of view.
Program
The training program, which will see the alternation of frontal lessons, also in the form of pre-recorded training pills, presentation of case studies and group discussions, will be structured in three modules:
- Module I - Introduction to crowdfunding: the first module, intends to support participants in the definition of their own organizational model with the aim of laying the necessary foundations to deal consciously with the collection of capital and the managerial consequences that will derive from it;
- Module II - Creation of the crowdfunding campaign: the second module, more specialized, will be dedicated to the deepening of the techniques and tools available to structure an effective crowdfunding campaign starting from the definition of the communication strategy;
- Module III - Follow up: one or two months after the conclusion of the first two modules, organization of mentorship activities and in-depth analysis of the economic and financial contents.

Companies already active in the territory of the province of Turin can participate in the call but also aspiring startuppers who have a new business idea or a project of consolidation or expansion of their business potentially eligible for funding through the crowdfunding tool.
