The Incubator of Politecnico di Torino announces a new partnership recently signed with the MathWorks Accelerator programme.
About MathWorks
MathWorks, a company founded in 1984 by Jack Little and Cleve Moler, recognised early on the need for designers and scientists to be able to work in more powerful and productive computing environments than those provided by the languages used up to that time.
With the aim of accelerating the development of engineering and science, MathWorks developed several products to help designers and scientists in their work. Prominent among these are MATLAB and Simulink.
MATLAB is the simplest and most productive computing environment for scientists and designers and, thanks to its functionality, is designed to adapt to everyone's way of thinking and working. Simulink, on the other hand, is a block diagram environment for simulating the model-based design of multi-domain and embedded engineering systems.
Thanks to this new partnership, start-ups in I3P pathways will be able to use the latest versions of MATLAB, Simulink and MathWorks toolboxes to research projects, develop prototypes and bring products into production.
