From young chemistry student with a summer job as a dishwasher to the world's greatest gastronomic innovator. Ferran Adrià's is a unique story that can inspire the young entrepreneurs of tomorrow to dare, reinvent and innovate.

Precisely for this reason, Ferran Adrià will be the international guest who, on Thursday 24 October at 6 PM, will kick off the second cycle of ‘Scintille’ (Sparks), the series of live meetings with brilliant minds and prominent personalities from the most diverse sectors, organised by I3P, the Incubator of Politecnico di Torino, as part of the celebration of its 25th anniversary.

The event is a unique opportunity to explore how creativity, research and innovation are crucial not only in the kitchen, but also in the world of start-ups and in any field where excellence is desired. Adrià will share his vision on how to think differently, overcome limitations and pursue continuous innovation, offering valuable insights for young entrepreneurs and professionals in every field.

"Ferran Adrià's visit to I3P is an incredible opportunity for all those who believe in the importance of creativity and experimentation," said Giuseppe Scellato, President of I3P. "Through meetings like this, the incubator continues to offer moments of inspiration and comparison for the community of innovators, offering new perspectives and opportunities to build the future of entrepreneurship."

Presenting the event will be Paola Mogliotti, Director of I3P, and Adriano Marconetto, Entrepreneur In Residence at the incubator. Attendance at the meeting, which will be held in person in I3P's Agorà Hall, is free of charge, subject to online registration while places are available.
