NOT A* DISTILLERY is the first and only distillery in the world to use a proprietary artificial intelligence algorithm, created with the collaboration of the Polytechnic University of Turin, to make its own spirits.
Our gin, LADY POPE, is the first and only gin in the world whose recipe was derived from an algorithm, which was able to skillfully and harmoniously blend the 14 botanicals of which it is composed.
We have brought innovation to an industry as old as distilling.
We make GIN like so many others, but we do it differently from everyone else.
