Marketing/Content Intern/Jr
02/09/2024 What we offer
Competitive salary. A competitive salary range that not only reflects your experience and expertise, even if it’s your first experience.
Impactful work. You'll work on meaningful stuff that will shape the future of our company and potentially the industry. You’ll have to face socials, content management, and any “marketing topic”.
Flexibility and autonomy. We offer a full remote work environment, with the freedom to work from wherever you feel most productive. We have an office if you prefer, but the key is to be organized.
You will work closely with our CEO.
Your scope
You will lead our growth and marketing efforts, playing a pivotal role in defining and executing our growth engine.
Strategic growth. You’ll have the opportunity to define our growth strategies—or learn how to do it. Prior experience is not essential; what matters is your drive and willingness to shape our future.
Content. Your top priority will be figuring out how to acquire new users through content. This will be the primary focus of your efforts.
Dynamic team. You’ll be part of a small but dynamic team, where you’ll engage in various aspects of marketing, growth, social media, and whatever else comes up. Flexibility and adaptability are key.
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking a marketing manager who embodies the following qualities:
1) Eagerness to learn and adapt. You either already know the topics listed above or are willing to learn them quickly. For us, the right attitude is more important than having all the skills upfront. If you’re motivated and ready to dive into new tools and frameworks, you’re the kind of person we’re looking for.
2) Personal project experience. You have worked on personal projects or have experience building something on your own. If you’ve been involved in a startup or entrepreneurial venture, even better. We value individuals who are proactive, creative, and can bring that same energy to our team.
3) Problem-solving mindset. You have a natural talent for problem-solving and enjoy tackling challenges head-on.
What we're not looking for
This might not be the right place for you if:
1) You have a "big corp" mentality. If you’re used to rigid hierarchies, extensive bureaucracy, or waiting for approval to move forward, our fast-paced, dynamic environment might be a tough adjustment. We value agility and initiative over process for process’s sake.
2) You believe you’ve reached the pinnacle of your career. We’re looking for people who are still hungry to learn, grow, and push their limits. If you feel like there’s nothing more for you to achieve or learn, you might find our continuous drive for improvement overwhelming.
3) You rely heavily on your CV. While we respect experience, what truly matters to us is what you can do and how you approach problems. Sharing your CV is optional; we’re more interested in seeing your skills in action and learning about your projects and ideas.
How it works
Here are the steps you’ll have to follow:
1) Apply from the form, we’ll screen any application – week 1.
2) 1st interview with one of the founders or your future mentor – week 2, 30 minutes.
3) 2nd interview (if needed) with your future mentor and another founder – week 3, 30-60 minutes.
4) Offer stage – week 4.
We commit ourselves to a maximum of one month from when you apply to the offer of employment.
