On the occasion of the third anniversary of its foundation, the young innovative company TUC, incubated in I3P, presented its new project: the construction of its first headquarters, TUC.hub, in Venaria Reale (Turin, Italy), with inauguration scheduled by summer 2021.

The new HQ, of about 1000 square meters, will include research and development facilities, a technological laboratory, a large office area, a "quiet space" (often necessary during the search for inspiration) and a conference room, with a maximum capacity of almost 300 people. The building will have the shape of a regular parallelepiped, expression of the Italian functionalist style of the early 1900s, and will be characterized by a roof made with large glazed openings, specially designed to illuminate the spaces with natural light. This solution will minimize exposure to artificial light and maintain an optimal working environment, with an eye to sustainability.

From the very beginning", said Ludovico Campana, Co-Founder, Administrator and Inventor of TUC, "have always believed in the creation of the TUC.hub, a place where technology, art and innovation are made to forge the future by creating technologies and products that can improve people lives. We are facing an historical turning point, a dream that becomes reality, and we are excited to welcome our collaborators and our customers in this amazing new place”. Sergio Pininfarina, Co-Founder, Administrator and Business Director of TUC, added: "We strongly believe that the achievement of our goals will be greatly accelerated by TUC.hub".

TUC's goal is to introduce on the market a standard technology, simple but revolutionary, designed for the new intelligent and multimodal vehicles, paving the way for the mobility of the future. Designed to rationalize and augment the entire electronic system of vehicles by enabling them to digitalization, the TUC.technology project consists of an interface that can be implemented in the chassis of vehicles, conceived both as a structural attachment point and as a digital hub & switch system for the exchange and processing of data between the various devices connected to the vehicle.

Less than a year after the foundation of the company, in 2019 the TUC.technology project went on display at the Italian National Automobile Museum (MAUTO), while in 2020 its pre-industrialized version was implemented on the Volkswagen MEB electric platform. The realization of the new headquarters is a new milestone in TUC's journey and represents an important achievement for both the I3P startup ecosystem and the Italian automotive entrepreneurial fabric.
