"InnoVentureLab - How to scale your start-up" is a scale-up program that brings together the academic excellence of Politecnico di Milano, Politecnico di Torino and Centro ICRIOS Bocconi with the sectoral expertise of professors with long experience in the start-up world.
The course is taught by industry experts and is run by a team of university professors and researchers who have worked with start-ups around the world. The meetings, which will take place online and free of charge, will be aimed at transferring methods and tools for financial planning, investor research and capital recovery to help your business idea grow and scale-up.
The program is designed for start-up entrepreneurs with a validated business idea who are in the process of designing their financial strategy to support growth, who do not yet have outside investors, and who are willing to get involved. During four remote sessions to be held between April and May 2022, participants will develop their management skills with the help of instructors and gain or consolidate knowledge of key business concepts that can foster their start-ups' growth and attract the attention of outside funders.
In fact, the course will provide participants with validated methodologies to identify growth trajectories and increase the chances of attracting external funding through class discussions and focused exercises. Each training session will involve a successful investor or entrepreneur as a guest: interacting with them you will have the opportunity to expand your network, including players of absolute importance in the world of entrepreneurship. Moreover, at the end of the program, the selected start-ups will be able to pitch their project to a qualified panel of venture capitalists and business angels.
The program is funded by the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research. This means that the training and all related events are completely free and open to all team members, with no need for any capital investment or participation fee. Places are limited: apply by March 27, 2022 to participate!
