Midori srl, a Turin-based company that incubated at I3P - the Innovative Companies Incubator of the Politecnico di Torino - created a 'home' digital assistant. The company won the third edition of the 'You dream, we believe' contest, promoted by Illumia and Wylab and dedicated to start-ups with the aim of promoting innovation and employment in the energy field.
The Turin-based company Midori, which won a prize of a 1000 euros and the possibility of a partnership contract with Illumia, develops 'smart metering' and energy analysis tools for companies and citizens, including 'Ned': a smart device to control and monitor homes and household appliances that helps families improve safety, control, energy efficiency and quality of life at home.
"This year more than ever there is a need for an incentive and an example to see an opportunity in every limitation. These start-ups' attitude is a wonderful boost for those who work in the company," - said Marco Bernardi chairman of Illumia.
