Sales Junior/Customer Success specialist
26/07/2024 Goodjobbers is looking for a Sales Junior/Customer Success Specialist on an internship contract. The resource will join an initial operations team that is being formed in recent months, so the possibilities for growth and development within the startup are exponential.
The person will work closely with the founders, CEO, Sales director, development team and engagement manager actively contributing to business growth and nurturing current customers.

These are the main duties:
- Prepare sales presentations and support the Sales director in business development in organization, during and after client meetings
- Create and maintain relationships with current customers, making them part of the GoodJobbers world, with onboarding phase, recurring calls and with analysis reports against their goals, to continuously check their service level and satisfaction
- Taking charge of and solving tasks from the community (e.g., customer care users) by working closely with the company's Operations
Requirements
- Knowledge of major presentation tools and microsoft xls
- Excellent business vision and understanding of the retail world
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with diverse professionals and customers
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of programming languages and previous experience in the role to be considered a plus
Classification offered
Full-time contract as an intern, with the possibility of placement on a fixed-term contract.
