* Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products. This role involves enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, acquiring leads/customers, and supporting the sales team with materials to close deals effectively.

1. Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies
- Create, manage, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, email, display advertising).
- Set measurable objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of campaigns.
2. Manage and Oversee Campaigns
- Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
3. Website and Landing Page Optimization
- Ensure website pages and landing pages are optimized for user experience, search visibility, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to improve site structure, usability, and conversions.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting
- Measure and analyze performance of all digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.
5. Blog Post Content
- Develop and manage an editorial calendar for the company blog, ensuring the publication of high-quality, relevant, and engaging posts.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, internal teams, and external writers to generate content that supports broader marketing goals.
- Optimize blog posts for SEO and user engagement, using relevant keywords, formatting, and visuals.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of blog content, adjusting strategies to increase reach and readership.
6. Sales Enablement and Collateral Creation
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify needs for marketing materials (e.g., presentations, one-pagers, brochures, case studies).
- Create, or coordinate the creation of, compelling content and sales collateral that supports the sales process and aligns with brand guidelines.
7. Market Research and Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated with industry and market trends, and monitor competitor strategies.
- Leverage insights to refine strategies and stay competitive in the digital landscape.
