ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

Inspectiondrone Srl is an innovative Italian startup with the mission of making inspection work safer, faster, more detailed, and at a lower cost so that our customers can tackle more sustainability challenges. How? Our solution is based on a technological mix of Drones, Sensors, and Artificial Intelligence. Inspectiondrone Srl is seeking a Civil Engineer intern to join its Italian Team, based in Turin. The civil engineer will work closely with the Senior Project Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support in managing the portfolio of Technical Inspection services (current and future), from strategic planning to implementation.
- Ensure that customizations requested by the Client are adequately designed and implemented compared to the standard offering.
- Share market needs with the team and analyze their impact; formulate recommendations to the Project Manager/Management on how to best leverage these developments.
- Communicate service specifications, benefits, applicability, and comparison to traditional methods to Clients.
- Prepare content and materials for visits to Clients with the sales team to conduct service presentations, customer training sessions.
- Provide and validate technical solutions offered to our existing and future clients.
- Manage, coordinate, and plan the use of external and internal resources based on Client needs and under the direction of the Project Manager.
- Support in designing tests and demonstrations of services.
- Conduct ISO certification processes as needed.
- Will be involved in PNRR projects and in compiling the Bids that Inspectiondrone Srl will participate in.
- Attend fairs and exhibitions, conduct webinars and events for clients.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Able to support the Project Manager on delivery projects with many unpredictable variables (weather, authority permits, deadlines, pilot projects, etc.) requiring flexibility, a can-do attitude, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn detailed information about the existing service portfolio, as well as communicate and respond to technical questions and topics.
- Preferably native Italian speaker; knowledge of English (spoken and written) is a plus.
- Communicate convincingly and effectively with Clients and more experienced technicians (credibility, authority, and influence).
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, IR sensors, or Drone technologies is a plus.
- Enthusiasm and passion.

Classification offered

Internship for 6 months with the aim of hiring.
